The challenge

The CRM was supposed to save time. It cost it.

A relationship-driven business lived and died by staying in touch with its contacts, but the off-the-shelf CRM had become another chore. Logging notes, drafting follow-ups, and remembering who needed a nudge all took manual effort. The tool stored information well enough, but it didn't do anything with it. The owner wanted software that actively helped, not just another database to feed.
